Based on the markets, industries and customer types you know well, you can take part in opportunity identification, needs validation, relationship building and project follow-through.

The form and level of involvement are determined by the specific project and the roles of both sides, and confirmed in writing before work formally begins.

BD is more than introducing contacts.

At Apex Nexus, the value of BD comes from understanding the business, judging opportunities and maintaining relationships over the long term.

An effective business connection should help both sides understand why they need to talk, what problem it might solve, and who should drive the next step.

We do not encourage mass forwarding, making promises on a partner's behalf without authorization, or substituting the size of a network for judgment about opportunities.

A BD's specific reward is determined by the project type, scope of role, actual contribution and outcome milestones. Apex Nexus does not publish a uniform reward percentage on public pages, nor does it promise returns on project outcomes that have not yet occurred.

Before each collaboration begins, both sides should confirm in writing the scope of responsibility, how a valid opportunity is recognized, key milestones, settlement terms and any possible exceptions.
